Bush Intercontinental Airport Terminal E Under Construction

Chariot XXI is at the forefront of ensuring that our customers are well informed about any procedures or changes that may affect their travel. Our goal is to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information available, so our customers can be as prepared as possible. As many of our valued customers are aware, the George Bush Airport is in the process of constructing a new terminal. New Mickey Leland International Terminal, Terminal E, is set to be completed soon and will be a state-of-the-art facility that will provide world-class customer service and amenities.

In the meantime, we want to make sure that you are aware of the construction process and how it may affect your travel. Here are some important things to keep in mind

Changes Due to the Terminal E Construction

As much as the terminal E construction is a great project that will bring many new and modern features to the airport, it has also caused some changes and disruptions to the airport’s operations as well as our VIP chauffeur services. Some of the changes that our customers may experience are:

  • Due to the construction, the TSA security checkpoint in Terminal E has closed.
  • Passengers departing from Terminal E must now check-in and pass through TSA screening at Terminal B, C, or D. Passengers will be directed to the appropriate terminal check-in facility and given additional instructions by United Airlines.
  • To access Chariot XXI services, you will need to go to terminals A, B, C, or D.
  • Special shuttle services will be offered at the Terminal E Arrivals Curbside for those with overburdened or accessibility-challenged guests. This shuttle will travel across Bush Airport’s five terminals.

Terminal A

When you arrive at terminal A, you will find our professional chauffeur with a name sign or an iPad that shows your name. They will be waiting for you at the arrivals area, at the bottom of the escalators, ready to help you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle.

For those traveling with small children, we can provide car seats upon request. We also have a wide variety of vehicles available to accommodate any group size.

Terminal B

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at terminal B while displaying your name on a signboard or an iPad. You will meet them at the baggage claim. They will be more than happy to help you with your luggage and guide you to your vehicle.

Terminal C

When you get to terminal C, just in front of carousel 10, you will find your chauffeur with a sign with your name on it. They will help you with your luggage (if you have any) and take you to your vehicle.
